Refund and Complaints Policies

Refund Policy

Day Tours

Clients will obtain a refund or credit if:

  • the client notifies Wild SUP Tours school 24 hours prior to the time of the activity.
  • the Instructor cancels the activity due to unsuitable or dangerous conditions.

If water and weather conditions become unsafe during the activity, the instructor may modify the activity and undertake activities on the shore rather than in the water, or the activity may be rescheduled for another time.

No refund is offered if the client refuses to comply with the ASI Accredited School policy and the Instructor determines the client cannot participate in the activity (e.g. client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol).

If the client advises the Instructor of a medical condition such that the Instructor decides that it would be unsafe for the client to participate in the activity, a full refund will be offered.

If the Instructor becomes aware of a client’s medical condition after the lesson has commenced, such that the Instructor determines it is unsafe for the client to continue in the activity, no refund will be offered.

Camping Trips

Clients will obtain a refund or credit if:

  • cancellation happens within 14 days of initial purchase, a full refund can be provided
  • cancellation 2 months prior to trip, 50% refund can be arranged
  • cancellation 30 days prior to trip, no refund
  • Contact us to reschedule tours on a case by case basis

Weather Warning: Due to the weather dependent nature of stand up paddle boarding sometimes conditions in Ireland do not allow for watersports. This results in legally not being able to paddle. This is a rare occurrence. In the event that we are struck with too strong of winds on the scheduled weekend we have in place alternative activities. These include, but are not limited to, hiking The Kerry Way, historical and ecological sightseeing, local musicians and storytellers. The local knowledge of the tour guides mean that a fantastic time will be had regardless of whether we are paddle boarding or not. We would still be performing a physical challenge but it may not be paddle boarding i.e. 40km of hiking through the national parks. Just to reiterate, this is a rare occurrence.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be used by expiry date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been purchased however the gift vouchers are transferable to other people.
