Some of my youngest memory's are of playing around in the ocean.
I fell in love with surfing when I was 12 years old. As soon as I was able, I bought my first surfboard. I went to the beach all the time and surfed, hail, rain or snow and loved every second of it and I am still surfing to this day.
In 2015 I was teaching at a surf and SUP school where I had the opportunity to take groups out paddleboarding on the lakes of Co Sligo. I was hooked instantly. Exploring Islands with ruins, seeing wildlife, all while silently cruising through the waters of lough Gill, I felt like I was 12 years old again and rediscovering my passion for watersports.
I love to try out new things and to see new places. Traveling, exploring, meeting people, trying out new crazy foods are all part of my day.
Love of the outdoors and wildlife led me to study environmental science. I have worked in and around the industry for years and I've always preferred the education side. I love inspiring people and sharing my fascination with nature.
I have always looked for something that would combine environmental education, watersports and adventure.
Oona and myself decided to create a life where we could pursue our passions, skills, and interests on a daily basis.
I am so excited to have the opportunity and capability to call Wild SUP Tours my job.
